Are you in a relationship that is facing the mono/cnm mixed orientation dyanmic where one person wants and exclusive relationship and another wants to have multiple partners? Feeling afraid, alone, confused, and upset? Then the Mono/CNM Structured Support Series might be the perfect group for you!

This six week series is geared to help people who love each other but want different kinds of relationships to express their feelings, connect with others in a similar situation, consider their options, brainstorm strategies, negotiate compromises when possible, and get support for living their best lives.

My most recent support group aimed at folks in mixed-orientation relationships has just concluded. The participants agreed that it had been very useful and supportive, and that it was too structured to call it a suport group. It is not quite a course, because it is geared toward group conversation, but it is not quite a free-form support group because I present an idea/mini-talk at the beginning and give homework. Hopefully “structured support group” captures that zeitgeist.

If you would like to be added to the waitlist for the next six week series, please email me at drelisheff@gmail.com
