Carrie Jeroslow with the Relationship Diversity Podcast (and also my cohost on the Bonding Hour) recently interviewed me about mixed-dynamic relationships where one person wants an exclusive sexual and/or romantic relationship and another person wants to have multiple partners. Some people in polyamorous communities call that the mono/poly dynamic. In this interview we explored the benefits and challenges, and how people can navigate these mixed relationships.
