Polyamorous Families with Children: Continuing Education Training for Counselors, Therapists, & Educators October 17, 2025 1-4 pm Eastern US time Online Workshop
Do you want to know more about multiple-adult families so that you can serve their needs with greater cultural competency? This training uses empirical information from Dr. Sheff’s longitudinal study of polyamorous families with children to educate mental health and education professionals about the formation, childbearing, maitenance, and aging of polyfamilies. It includes parenting practices and children’s reported perspectives. Hosted by the Ackerman Institute for the Family, this workshop provides three units of continuing education credit.
